We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO, DEBIT CARD & PAYPAL.
We also accept CHEQUE payments by post, and DIRECT BANK payments. Please request our Bankers Details if you wish to use this facility.
For your security, all card numbers are encrypted before transmission over the internet. This service will be provided by Sagepay in conjunction with HSBC, or PayPal, depending on the option you select when you complete your transaction.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes).
We can not anticipate all conditions under which this information and our products, or the products of other manufacturers in conjunction with our products, may be used.
We accept no responsibility for results obtained by the application of this information, or the safety and suitability of our products, either alone or in combination with other products. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we sell the products without warranty, and buyers and users assume all responsibility and liability for loss or damage arising from the handling and use of our products, whether used alone or in conjunction with other products. Ever changing VOC regulations in your area may require you contact local authorities for advice on proper use and disposal of our products. Should you need further assistance please contact us.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If deliveries are to be made outside the UK mainland, VAT will be at the current rate of VAT for Great Britain.
We are able to supply goods tax free to businesses with valid VAT numbers for products exported overseas. Please request further details or a pro-forma invoice for the products required.

We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. However, if for what ever reason we cannot supply an item that has been requested, we will advise you by return. At this point you will have the option of either a full refund (within 30 days), or we can hold your purchase as a back order. We will give you an estimated date of delivery on a back order but you may still cancel the transaction at any time for a full refund.
TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT:
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, variations may occur. Suitability for application, and performances of finished goods coated with Novasol, is the sole responsibility of the customer and end user.
Product and item design, pre-treatment, coating conditions, quality assurance and conditions of product end use, are among the factors that affect performance of the coated products, and are outside Novasol’s control. Novasol expressly denies specific or implied warrantees, including warrantees for fitness for a particular use or purpose.
14 day money back guarantee. We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be an occasion when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we’ll refund your order, as long as it is unused. When returning your order we recommend that you request a ‘proof of delivery’ certificate (free) for the item returned.
Please ensure that you include details of your name and address with your return, together with your order number and date of purchase details where possible.
All our deliveries require a signature. To avoid disappointment – please ensure you provide a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.
Our couriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the address given, the goods will be returned to Novasol Spray UK.
If you experience problems with your order, either with the packaging on arrival or with the product, please be prepared to email photographic evidence and describe the issue in detail.
Please note that while we are happy to accept returned items for refund, (provided the items returned are in a new and re-saleable condition), we do not offer free returns. Where a parcel is rejected on delivery, we retain the right to deduct the charges imposed by our courier in returning the item/s to us, as well as the original p&p charges paid. If you request a refund, any costs incurred on the delivery of your order will be deducted from your original purchase. If you request re-delivery, the cost for the return and new postage will apply.
It is very important that damaged or faulty goods are retained until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. If for any reason you think the product may be faulty, please contact us first and then return the item with a full explanation of the project. Information required includes the surface material covered, preparation undertaken, cleaning materials used and any other relevant information. Our Technical Team will then test on receipt and advise accordingly. Please email and retain Proof of Delivery until the issue is resolved. Postage may be reimbursed if appropriate and proof of posting would be required in this instance.
